Major Improvements

The major improvements include:
  • New architectural 30 year roof and new decking (House and Garage).
  • New fiber cement siding (House and Garage).
  • All new double pane, double hung, high energy efficient, argon filled windows throughout the house.
  • All new paint on outside (House and Garage) and inside (House). This includes all baseboards, crown molding, doors, and walls.
  • Hardwood floors on first and second floors refinished. They were horrible before. This includes the staircase which was painted brown. Ask about the history of the first floor hardwood flooring.
  • New subfloors, backer board and ceramic tile flooring in guest baths and laundry.
